Yes, our sales group is comprised of problem-solving field engineers who can help you with any plating rack need. For your convenience, we can now serve you quickly through teleconference, part files, utilizing SolidWorks and other web-based communication.
Can Rack Processing build a prototype rack without the physical part?
Yes, we can get started with your part data, job requirements, and specifications. We will then build a virtual rack for your review prior to cutting the first piece of material. As a quality check, we would prefer to have a part prior to shipping the rack.
What is Rack Processing’s typical turnaround for a prototype?
Design takes about two weeks and fabrication takes about three weeks.
