As an international leader, we have grown from a small business in Dayton, Ohio. We are now, one of the largest designers and manufacturers of customized racks in the world. POP (Plating On Plastic) are a specialty.
We specialize in laser cutting, sheet metal forming, fabrication and assembly utilizing our state of the art Fiber laser for cutting, Boschert CNC machines and other forming and welding equipment.
Our tremendous growth is due to our ability to stay ahead of new manufacturing, design, and safety techniques. Simultaneously, our foundation as a family-owned business drives us to cultivate strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and employees. We make your finishing processes more efficient and profitable by leveraging advanced technology and ongoing training.
Milestones
Today – Continually leverages advanced technology including 3D printing and ongoing education.
2018 – Implements RFID asset tracking in the manufacturing process.
2014 – Opens third manufacturing facility in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico.
2013 – Serves on Dayton Region Manufacturers Association (DRMA) committees to encourage workforce development.
2007 – Leads the industry in standardizing all rack designs through SolidWorks 3D CAD Design Software.
2006 – Establishes second manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States.
2004 – The third generation of the Coy family takes over senior leadership.
1948 – Ray and Betty Coy establish Rack Processing Company, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio, United States.
